Tuna Salads dont have to be boring!
Easy to prepare for a healthy lunch in the office
Ingredients
- 2 Kale Leaves chopped
- Small handful of fancy lettuce chopped
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 stalk of celery chopped
- 4 cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 red capsicum chopped
- 2 tbsp butter beans
- 2 tbsp Siren tuna in olive oil
- 1/4 of an avocado
Fresh lemon juice drizzled on top
Note: sometimes i also add shaved zuchinni and fresh continental parsley
