Ingredients
Zucchini
Garlic
Chicken
Diced carrot
Cheese
Parsley
Spanish onion
Paprika to garnish
Method
Brown garlic onion and chicken
Add zucchini and toss for 30secs
Add carrots and toss for 30 secs
Scramble eggs with turmeric, salt and pepper
Add eggs
When ready to flip then add parsley to the uncooked side
Season and garnish with paprika
