Try Sinead Smyth’s Perfect Salmon Fillet Recipe
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 x salmon fillet
- 1 tsp of garlic
- 1 slice of lemon
- 1 tsp of dried dill tips
- 1tsp of honey or agave syrup
- Sal and pepper to taste
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 170°C on fan forced. Place your salmon fillet on some aluminium foil
- Top your salmon with 1 tsp of garlic, 1 tsp od dill tips1 slice of lemon cut in half, 1 tsp of honey/agave syrup, salt & pepper to taste
- Wrap the salmon in the foil & pop into the over for 17 minutes
- Remove from the oven & allow to rest for 5 minutes
- Serve with your favourite side salad or veggies
