The yummiest old fashioned cold and flu remedy that contains powerful herbs & spices.
Organic is important when you feel a cold coming along or when you are fighting one. Organic foods allows your body to concentrate on fighting the disease/virus without the body expelling energy when processing chemicals and toxins from non-organic foods.
Did you know? Researchers say that chicken soup acts as an anti-inflammatory and temporarily speeds up the movement of mucus through the nose. This relieves congestion and limits the amount of time viruses are in contact with the lining of your nose. Plus, soup and other liquids help loosen congestion and prevent dehydration.
