Ingredients

• 1/2 cup oat flour (or other grain)
• 2 Whole Eggs
• 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
• 1 Banana mashed
• 2 tbsp of greek yoghurt
• Cinnamon (to taste)
• 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
• Blueberries, strawberries, sliced banana, chia & seed mix, greek yoghurt and organic honey to serve

1. Beat the eggs and the oat flour
2. Toss in protein, mashed banana, greek yoghurt.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon over the mixture; can also add a sweetener like organic vanilla extract if you like.
4. Place a pan on high heat and add coconut oil.
5. Spoon in the mixture
6. Flip when bubbles appear on the surface.

Can also add the berries into the mixture or peanut and nut spreads  :P
