Cucumber, salmon & grapefruit snack

I eat breakfast at 530am so I generally get the mid morning munchies

This is tasty, easy to pack for work and can be modified according to your own tastes

• sliced cucumber for the base
• smoked salmon
• avocado
• chilli
• parsley
• almond
• lemon juice squeezed on top

Optional: drizzle olive oil and crack pepper

And a 1/2 a grapefruit to accompany :)
