No excuses Yoga

I’m one of those people who enjoy the confines and privacy of my living room when doing yoga so i have recently started doing the Jillian Michaels Yoga meltdown DVD twice a week on top of my gym and sport commitments and ive never felt better. I love the Jillian Michaels dvd because it involves interval training and i get the benefits of cardio & yoga at the same time.

  2. I didn’t know Jillian had done a yoga DVD. I love her in the Biggest Loser and do some Ashtanga yoga myself so this sounds like a great combination. I’m going to check it out. Thanks Val

    • Hi Val, i highly recommend Jillian Michaels dvd. I just had to google Ashtanga, thanks for the new word i didnt realise that type of yoga had a name :)

    I totally agree with you: I also prefer doing my yoga at home. For the last 3 years now I do 3 x15 minutes a week and I just love it (sometimes I treat myself to 4x) :-)
